Website Help and Support
I am having trouble logging in - help!
1. My email address isn't being recognised
Please double-check if you've used a different email address to sign up, such as a work or secondary email address. If this doesn't fix the problem, please do get in touch and we will help. Link to "Contact us" section
2. I can’t remember my username/password
Not to worry! Request a password reset email and we’ll have you logged in soon. If the email doesn’t make it to your inbox we’d suggest checking your Spam or Junk Mail folder, in case it has ended up in there. (Adding our email addresses to your Contacts or Safe Senders list can help prevent this from happening in the future.) If you’re still having trouble after trying these options, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help. Link to Contact us section
