How much does a monthly subscription cost?
Monthly subscription cost is £34.99 per month, or one pound per day. This is equivalent to approximately 30 minutes of personal tutoring, and only half the price of popular programs such as Kumon.
How do I subscribe?
It’s easy. Log into our website and click on the Subscribe tab. Please input your personal information. This will lead you to our subscription page where you will be able to buy your preferred subscription option. Add link to subscription section
If I have more than one child, do I get a discount for additional subscriptions?
Yes, as Mums we were tired of being penalized for having more than one child and having to bear the huge burden of multiple full-price subscriptions. So we decided to offer each additional child at less than half the price or £15. Once you buy a full subscription you can order up to 4 additional subscriptions with a 60% sibling discount. Do I get a discount for longer subscription periods?

Is there a minimum subscription length?
Yes, there is a three months minimum subscription period. However, if you change your mind, you can cancel at any time after the first month.
How long does the program run?
You can subscribe for as long as 24 months. Why shouldn’t you? We eat 3 meals a day and – hopefully - use placemats. There is no end to the number of words kids can learn and the amount of fun they can have at the School of WordCraft.
How much does the subscription cost?

Will I be charged monthly or by subscription period?
Upon subscribing you will be charged for a minimum term of three months. All payments will be taken up-front.
Can I have a one-month subscription?
We do not offer one-month subscriptions. Research shows that frequent, repetitive exposure to the new vocabulary is the only way for a long lasting retention. We believe that a single box set won't achieve the intended level of results. However, we do allow you to cancel your 3 month subscription for a full refund, after the first month, if you are not happy.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the subscription section of your account. You will receive a full refund for any items that have not yet been shipped. You are not obligated to complete the program once you sign up. Once cancelled, you will get a cancellation confirmation email. Add link to subscription section
When will I receive my first box set?
You get your first box set within 10 business days after placing the order.
How do you deliver?
All material is sent via Royal Mail and addressed to your children. Our packaging is honking loud so the kids can’t miss it.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Currently we only ship to UK customers. Please contact us to potentially arrange overseas shipment for large orders. We have plans to ship individually overseas in the near future.
I have taken out a six-month subscription. What happens at the end of this period?
You will be asked if you would like to automatically renew your subscription by month or for a 3 or 6 month period. You can do this manually in the subscription section of your account. Not to worry - you will receive a renewal notification reminder email ahead of the renewal date so you have time to review your preferences. I have not received my order, when will it arrive?
If your box set has not been received within 10 business days of placing the order, please contact us so we can inquire further. link
Can I order previously released box sets?
Here you can find a catalogue of past box sets, which you can add to your shopping basket. Box sets outside of your subscription can be ordered individually and will arrive within 7 business days after placing the order. add link
MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
What happens to my order over holiday breaks?
Boxes will always be dispatched according to the official delivery schedule. If you want to postpone or accelerate delivery, please go to My account and then Manage my Subscription and schedule a deferred date for your delivery.
How do I postpone my delivery?
If you are going away on holiday and would like to receive boxes that are due during the holiday earlier, please go the the Manage my Subscription section here. link If you have more than one order set up (for example sibling supplemental orders, or one box that gets delivered to you and one that goes to a friend) you’ll need to repeat this process for each delivery.
How do I accelerate my delivery?
If you are going on holiday and would like to receive boxes that are due during the holiday earlier, please go the the Manage my Subscription section link and we will try to dispatch available boxes ahead of schedule. It will not be possible to receive early delivery if the requested Episode has not been released to the public yet. link
Can I choose specific topics of interest for my child?
Our program is episodic. It’s based on a story that is released in a series so that children get excited about following the characters and plot. Kids earn points as they get involved in ‘houses’ and follow the lives of their favorite characters. New episode box sets are issued once a month and cover one vocabulary topic. Just like a good TV series, it is important you don’t skip ahead and ruin the surprise. You can, however, order past box sets of your particular interest by emailing us.
